How Kelley & Co.
came together.
After working in-house at several nonprofits, Kristin Kelley Monahan formed Kelley Nonprofit Consulting (now Kelley & Co.) in 2006, offering a full suite of services to clients directly and through technical assistance programs. Since then, we’ve grown into a diverse team of specialists who bring a wealth of experience, perspectives, and passion to every project—ensuring that each client receives personalized and expert guidance throughout their journey.
